HTI Toys UK Ltd has reached a settlement with Wilton Bradley Limited in respect of legal proceedings brought by Wilton Bradley Limited for copyright infringement. HTI Toys UK Limited had copied certain drawings from the Wilton Bradley Limited Xootz BubbleGo Tri Scooter instruction manual in breach of copyright and, as a condition of the settlement, has agreed not to repeat the infringements complained of and to pay damages to Wilton Bradley Limited.
